Fixing existing things like adjusting doors and locks, patching holes, repainting walls, making energy efficiency upgrades, changing out or repairing running faucets and toilets, installing new sinks, changing filters, replacing switches and light fixtures, adding LED lighting…

Problem solving new builds, fixing current home issues and helping you re-imagining your home!

I will provide a rough estimate of the time and material cost beforehand. I do not require a signed estimate which encourages speeding through the process by cutting corners. My goal is to provide care and craftsmanship in my work and on your project. As all my clients do, you will find the immense value of having a skilled hand onsite to tackle any development that pops up.

As a North Carolina General Contractor I am licensed to pull permits.

Permits are required on projects greater than $40,000 in value or when making significant changes to the structure, plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems.

However, a lot of repairs do not require a permit.

I will be there to navigate the permit and inspection processes throughout.

Unlike most contractors, I do not add a percentage on top of the subcontractor agreement.

If say, an electrician is needed for your project, I do not require any specific electrical company be used. But I do keep a list of companies that have served my customers well in the past and I work to support their needs onsite.

I have taught over 900 students construction at a nonprofit in Colorado. They ranged in skills and background and I was proud to serve them all. I taught construction theory, tool usage, blueprint reading, framing and finish work, as well as electrical, plumbing and concrete programs. If you’re interested in gaining hands-on skills while working on your project, let me know!
