Working with me is a catered experience.
As a one-man crew I see the project through from start to finish, but working together, we’ll make it an outstanding collaboration. We’ll discuss design choices and material options that fit your style and your budget. I rely on my 18 years of construction experience to help advise best practices and you’ll help guide the vision.
If you have small projects or medium sized renovations to complete, give me a call. We’ll meet at your project location and discuss plans and ideas. Perhaps it’s something I build in my woodshop and install onsite, or perhaps there a lot of little repairs to make around the house – we’ll craft a solution.
From navigating permits and subcontractors to rough framing and fine finish work, I provide thorough care with attention to detail.
In taking a look at your project, I give a relative idea of the costs and time to accomplish the job. No inflated estimates or signed contracts. I operate on a simple time and material basis. I charge $65 an hour and provide you with the material receipts. No money required up front, pay when the work is completed.

There are never any change order fees or up-charges. By working one on one, you get a simplified process, clear communication and the results you envisioned.
